CHS Dakota Plains Ag reimburses cost to attend youth camp

CHS Dakota Plains Ag is reimbursing the registration cost for our patron’s children to attend the North Dakota Farmers Union (NDFU) youth camps.

NDFU provides camp opportunities to young Farmers Union members each summer. More than 1,000 youth participate in cooperative-focused leadership camps annually.

Camps are held at two different sites, one near Elgin and a NEW location at Jamestown. North Dakota Farmers Union provides trained counselors who encourage campers to develop positive and constructive attitudes about their own capabilities through cooperation, teamwork and leadership. Our program and activities are designed to highlight the individuality in all youth. Transportation to and from camp may be provided by NDFU where feasible.

Junior Camp 

4 day, 3 night camps for completed grades 3-6:

Heart Butte Farmers Union Camp near Elgin
Jamestown Farmers Union Camp
Cost is $159. Early bird rate is $135.
Register by May 15 for early bird rate

Senior Camp 

5 day, 4 night camps for completed grades 7-12:

Jamestown Farmers Union Camp
Cost is $199. Early bird rate is $175
Register by May 15 for early bird rate
